Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in reviewing job applications or related work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to make impartial judgments based on objective criteria.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems or similar software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
