We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Customer Services team in an IT company. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of IT services to our clients. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of service delivery, including establishing and maintaining client relationships, handling customer inquiries, and overseeing the resolution of service issues.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of service delivery, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all service-related inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to effectively communicate client requirements and ensure client satisfaction
  • Oversee the resolution of service issues, working closely with technical teams to ensure timely and effective problem resolution
  • Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Manage the service delivery process, including service requests, change management, and incident management
  • Conduct regular service reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for service improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
  • Proven experience in a customer service or service delivery role, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficient in using service management software and tools
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and implement effective solutions
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required
  • ITIL certification is a plus
