Job Description

Our Apprentices are Highly Motivated Young Professionals, ready to Lead in today’s world. We believe these individuals must represent our organization proudly and therefore must meet certain standards to be evaluated and agreed by our Staff.
Besides demonstrating professionalism and great motivation, an Apprentice must have a innate desire to succeed, learn and meet many people, be courteous, responsive and have a positive attitude. Here are some of our additional requirements are:
- Must be highly recommended by another Team Member (Apprentice, Associate, Global Mentor or Staff), and College or Professional Organization.
- Applicants must be second semester Sophomores and above up to Graduate Program.
- Must attend one Apprentice Networking Event or Online Seminar per semester until graduation.
- After graduation must remain engaged through groups and events at least once a year to remain eligible for Member Services.
We look for unique individuals that demonstrate Sevant-Leadership qualities that are forward thinking and ready to succeed. Interview process includes learning about our organization and resources in greater detail. You can complete this requirement in advance by taking this mini-course. It also includes a written evaluation to determine eligibility for additional services. Process may take 1 or 2 weeks.
Once accepted an Apprentice will:
- Be eligible to participate in our 6-8 Career Readiness Program which are given by Top Global Executives and includes a work-related Internship which will vary in scope but may require participation.
- Have Lifetime access to Global Events, Mentoring opportunities, Free Training Courses, Job Referrals and more.
- Be able to participate in exclusive Networking Sessions with Top Industry Executives globally. See Member Services for more details.
- Will devise a Free Coaching Plan which will be revised annually for 10 years or up to 35 years old which ever comes first to account for goals.
