We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused individual for the role of Product Manager, Omnichannel Catalog. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our omnichannel catalog strategy, ensuring our products are presented consistently and effectively across all channels. The Product Manager, Omnichannel Catalog will be a key member of our product team, working closely with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive our omnichannel catalog strategy, ensuring consistent, compelling product presentation across channels.
  • Conduct regular analysis of product catalog performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including marketing, merchandising, e-commerce, and IT.
  • Collaborate with these teams to execute on catalog enhancements, including the addition of new products, updates to existing products, and improved content and product display.
  • Ensure that product data is accurate and up-to-date across all channels.
  • Conduct regular customer research to better understand their needs and preferences, and use these insights to inform catalog strategy and execution.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our omnichannel catalog.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce or product management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to inform strategy.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento) and product information management (PIM) systems.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM tactics for product exposure and optimization.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering the best possible user experience.
