We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our team. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating design concepts, developing design briefs, and managing projects from start to finish. You must have excellent creative and technical abilities and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Designing and creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings, plans, and illustrations for residential and commercial spaces.
• Meeting with clients to assess their requirements and provide design solutions within their budget and timeline.
• Managing all aspects of project delivery including budget, scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Conducting site visits to ensure the project is completed to the high standards of the project plan.
• Mentoring junior designers and providing feedback for their development.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technology advances in the industry.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience in high-end residential and commercial interior design.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team on multiple projects.
• Thorough understanding of design principles, materials, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
