You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the sales process and be able to build and lead a successful sales team. You will work closely with our executive team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with our company goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and manage strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and revenue growth
  • Establish and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and qualification
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals
  • Conduct regular sales training and coaching to continuously improve team performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior sales role
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
