We are seeking an experienced and driven Automotive Sales Manager-Internet Sales Manager to lead our Internet Sales team and grow our online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process for internet customers, managing the team of internet sales representatives, and driving sales growth in both online and offline markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in growing sales revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of internet sales representatives and provide guidance and support to help them succeed in their role
• Oversee the sales process for internet customers, from initial inquiry to delivery of the vehicle
• Develop and implement a comprehensive internet sales strategy to drive revenue growth in online and offline markets
• Work closely with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective online campaigns to attract new customers
• Monitor and analyze internet sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
• Ensure that all internet sales activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Stay up-to-date with automotive industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in internet sales management
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of success in growing sales revenue
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM and internet sales tools, such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Autotrader
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
