As the Director of Sales, you will lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets
• Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure individual and team targets are met
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and development to team members
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and company goals are aligned
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in sales with at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to think strategically and analyze market trends
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
