We are seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and possesses a natural ability to uncover new sales opportunities. In this role, you will be expected to maintain positive relationships with existing clients while prospecting for new business opportunities via outbound sales calls, emails, and other lead generation techniques. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with the outside sales team to increase revenue and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate new business opportunities
  • Nurture and maintain positive relationships with existing clients to increase customer retention
  • Build and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively sell to clients
  • Work closely with the outside sales team to support customer needs whilst creating new business opportunities
  • Generate and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports to the management team
  • Leverage technology and sales tools to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as an inside sales representative or similar role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Comfortable with outbound sales techniques, including cold calling
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferable but not essential.
