We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales efforts within a designated region, ensuring that revenue targets are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, be able to develop and implement successful sales strategies, and have a strong understanding of the market and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities within the designated region to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and implement successful sales strategies to maximize revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and accounts to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Train, motivate, and manage sales team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales management capacity, preferably in a regional capacity
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
