Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and annual basis
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, and logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of orders

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the auto parts industry or related field
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
