We are seeking a creative and dedicated individual to join our team as a Social Media Contents Creator. This role involves producing engaging and original content for our various social media channels, improving our brand profile, and increasing customer interaction. This is a 1-5 days per week position, with office hours required. The work location will be at our offices in LIN.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, visually appealing social media content that aligns with our brand strategy and goals.
• Use analytical tools to monitor the performance of social media channels, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand product and marketing initiatives, and create content that supports business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and recommend new approaches to engagement and lead generation.
• Develop and manage social media editorial calendars, ensuring content is published on time, and key messages are communicated effectively.
• Interact with customers and followers on social media platforms, respond to inquiries and comments, and maintain a positive brand image.
• Assist in managing paid social media campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for maximum impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with social media analytics tools.
• Proven ability to develop effective social media campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
