- Experience managing or supervising a team of Financial Analysts

- Prior mortgage industry experience 

- Experience working for a large regional or national public accounting firm, or experience working for a large company performing financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.

Insight Global is seeking a Finance Manager for a full-time opportunity with a national mortgage banking company in the Coppell, TX area. This manager will be responsible for internal management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting. This person will be a valued member of the Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) team and will interact with multiple departments internally, including a high degree of visibility and coordination with senior management. This person will develop and oversee business unit financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost benefit analysis and other ad hoc analyses. They will also prepare quarterly reporting of financial metrics and KPIs for segment reporting and earnings materials, and maintain consolidated balance sheet and cash flow models for multiple legal entities. This role also requires this Manager to lead quarterly benchmarking exercises against public competitors, and lead special projects and initiatives to improve current financial processes.
