This role must have the passion and desire to assist others. This position will be responsible for assisting, coordinating, planning, and organizing the company's needs. The qualified assistant will have the ability to take initiative and be productive on a daily basis. The successful candidate will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, reliability as well as a high level of trust and confidence.
Responsibilities:
· Support the region on all administrative needs;
. Ordering and distributing supplies in the office
. Provide high level of customer service to our internal and external customers;
· Retrieving mail and distributing it properly
· Serve as a daily backup for answering phone calls;
· Assist with reports or presentation for leasing and property management as needed;
· Support the leasing and property management team with projects as needed;
· Maintain or assist in creating informational binders;
· Reconcile company expense reports and American Express reports;
· Entering invoices into Pay scan
Skills and Education:
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
· Proven ability to meet demanding deadlines;
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
· Proficiency in Concur;
· Proficiency in Pay scan
· Strong written and communication skills;
· Highly motivated and dependable;
· High School diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
Skills
