Our company is seeking a skilled and motivated Account Manager Client Services to join our team of Client Managers. As an Account Manager Client Services, you will work closely with clients to understand and address their needs, while also managing and building positive relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring that their business goals and objectives are properly aligned with our services. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimize clients' experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships and communication with clients
• Proactively identify and solve client issues to ensure their satisfaction with our services
• Manage a portfolio of clients with varying goals and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimize clients' experiences
• Prepare and deliver regular client performance reports and presentations
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of client requests and deliverables
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to improve internal and external efficiencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, such as Account Management or Sales
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex analyses to executive audiences
• Self-motivated and results-driven with exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of digital advertising, marketing, and e-commerce technologies and trends
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
