Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone
  • Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and requests
  • Address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain customer databases and records
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Upsell and cross-sell to customers, where appropriate
  • Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with challenging situations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Experience with CRM and customer databases
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Remote work experience is a plus
