We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Remote Student Success Coach - Remote Customer Service to join our team. As a Remote Student Success Coach, you will work with students to provide guidance and support throughout their academic journey. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all students. As a key member of our team, you will help shape the success and growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to students to ensure academic success
  • Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and other communication methods
  • Monitor and track student progress to ensure timely completion of courses
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies to improve student success
  • Help students navigate the online learning platform and course materials
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all students

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of online learning platforms preferred
  • Ability to work remotely and adapt to changing work environments
