Job Description

We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for our team! This position will be responsible for supporting various teams and departments by maintaining correct contact information for vendors logs, scanning documents, purchasing office supplies, and communicating incoming orders to correct departments. The Administrative Assistant will also be utilizing programs such as PowerPoint, GoogleDocs, and Excel for daily reports, presentations, and other tasks that may be assigned.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Top-notch time management skills
  • Sharp eye for details
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be organized and self-motivated



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in other areas or perform other duties as required by fluctuating business needs.
  • Assist with event and catering planning, keep conference room and kitchenette in neat appearance and stocked with goods
  • Follows processes, work instructions, MSP’s and other written and/or verbal instructions.
