About the job


We are looking for an entry-level, remote Office Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team based in Canada. The Office Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring seamless communication and organization.


Responsibilities:


Manage schedules and coordinate appointments

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication

Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence

Maintain and update office files and databases

Plan and coordinate team events and meetings

Provide support in daily administrative tasks

Perform other tasks as assigned by management


Qualifications:


Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Positive and proactive attitude, with a strong work ethic

High school diploma; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus
