We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Amazon & E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. As an Amazon & E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our Amazon account and optimizing online sales through various e-commerce platforms. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with our marketing and sales departments to drive brand awareness and increase revenue.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, specifically Amazon, and possesses a data-driven mindset. You should have experience in managing Amazon seller accounts, conducting product research, optimizing product listings, and implementing strategies to increase organic rankings and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize our Amazon seller account, including inventory management, pricing, and promotions
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings to improve search rankings and conversion rates
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and use data insights to drive business decisions and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns, including sponsored advertisements on Amazon
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and techniques, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and quality
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or issues related to online sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Amazon seller accounts and implementing successful e-commerce strategies
  • Strong understanding of Amazon and e-commerce best practices, including SEO, PPC, and product listing optimization
  • Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce management platforms
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
