We are looking for a skilled CRM Data Analyst to join our team. As a CRM Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping our organization make data-driven decisions and optimize customer relationship management strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business growth.

In this role, you will work closely with various teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations to enhance customer experiences and increase customer engagement. You will utilize your expertise in data analysis and CRM systems to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that track key performance indicators and measure the success of customer-centric initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this position is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices. You should have excellent communication skills, as you will be required to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Data Analyst or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and CRM software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
