Responsibilities

• Perform regular audits to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and discrepancies.
• Develop and implement procedures to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
• Monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Investigate data issues reported by internal stakeholders and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding data management practices.
• Train and educate employees on data quality best practices and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as information technology or data management.
• Proven experience in data analysis and data quality management.
• Strong knowledge of data management principles and practices.
• Proficient in using data management and analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies and patterns.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address data-related issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for data management and data integrity.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Certification in data management or related field is a plus.
