Lead Data Analyst

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our team. As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to uncover valuable insights. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support in executing projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Design and implement data collection methods, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and maintain data models and databases to support data analysis and reporting.
• Analyze complex datasets using statistical techniques and data visualization tools.
• Interpret and present findings to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Identify and recommend improvements to data collection processes and data quality.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• Proven experience as a data analyst or a similar role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or R.
• In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets using database management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex and unstructured data.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
