Job Description

We have more recently opened an office in North America and is currently building a team of energetic, nimble and passionate individuals. You will be hands-on across a variety of projects, with a huge opportunity for career progression and play a critical role within the team on a daily basis.


We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail to join us as our Office/Admin Assistant. In this role you will handle the coordination of front and back office tasks, the person who would be perfect for this position would be highly organised and have exceptional time management skills to successfully prioritise workload while they establish this new direction of their future. Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone,
  • Computer based administration tasks
  • Filing and scanning
  • Liaising with Stakeholders and clients
  • Organising onboarding of client information and history
  • Account related tasks
  • Research tasks -client based

About You

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Proficiency in Apple Pages/Numbers/Keynote
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Proven ability to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Proactive and have a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
