Job Description

Business Development Executive is to identify and pursue growth opportunities for a company. This role involves researching and analyzing market trends, identifying potential clients or partners, and developing strategies to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue.


Entrepreneurship, Client Centricity & People Skills are Essentials:

  • Experience working with Recruitment Agency as Recruiter, Sales or 360 Consultant.
  • Identify, Shortlist, Approach & Generate new business accounts.
  • Comfortable to meet, present & propose to potential clients.
  • Proven track record in business development and account management
  • Strong awareness of current market conditions & market intelligence.
  • Source candidates via Passive & Active  Channels. Responsible for Recruitment, Selection and Candidate Management.
  • Interview and Qualify prospective candidates
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information/ Report & E-System Update.
  • Follow-up and negotiate terms on behalf of candidates and clients
  • Professional Communication Skills, Engagement & Follow up
  • Fluent English is essential. Any other languages would be advantageous.
  • Report to HQ- BD Department & Operation Department
  • Keeping HQ Updated & Informed. Should there any support/ assistance needed
  • Assist offline and online marketing team activities whenever necessarily


Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree with minimum of 1 year experience.
  • Fresher or with 1 year of experience
  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong service orientation
  • Willingness to learn additional products 



Additional Details:

  • Location: Putrajaya
  • Basic: RM2600 - RM 4000
  • Parking allowance
  • Fluent in English
  • 9 hrs per day - including 1 hour break
  • 5 days working, 2 days off
  • Hybrid
