Job Description

Junior Key Account Executive is responsible for providing effective and efficient HR solutions to clients and supporting the overall account management process. Primary focus would be on managing relationships with key clients and assisting in the development and execution of HR operations processes to meet their needs.


  • Exploring recruitment needs from client accounts
  • Prepares quotation for client accounts
  • Ensuring the contract of resources and extension are proceed to related resources in timely manner
  • Managing overall resources and client related matters in client accounts
  • Updating and recording frame agreement extension
  • Monitoring and following up on pending purchase order
  • Working closely with Hiring Managers in the coordination of workforce planning within the timeline
  • Performing executive search via various recruitment channels and platforms
  • Managing client accounts by offering best rates, intelligence and fulfillment of needs
  • Ensuring the correct resources and services are delivered to client in timely manner
  • Serving as the link of communication between key client and internal team
  • Resolving any issues and problems faced by key client and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecast to Key Account Manager
  • Maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationship with professionals of all organizational
  • Assisting Key Account Manager and Department Head with ad-hoc projects


Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree with minimum of 1 year experience.
  • Fresher or with 1 year of experience
  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal Mandarin and English
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong service orientation


Additional Details:

  • Location: Putrajaya
  • Parking allowance
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • 9 hrs per day - including 1 hour break
  • 5 days working, 2 days off
  • Hybrid
