Job Posting: Accounting & Parts Representative

Our company is seeking an experienced Accounting Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Word, Excel, and preferably Quickbooks experience. In addition, AP and AR experience is a plus. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be able to answer phones and converse with customers. The candidate must be presentable, as this position requires interaction with customers and vendors.

MUST HAVE:

Proficient in word, excel, and Quickbooks experience.

AP and AR experience

Mechanically minded and able to read diagrams for parts a plus

Must have good customer service skills

Able to answer phones and converse with customers

Must be presentable

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions

Recording and verifying all AP/AR transactions

Coordinating with vendors and customers to ensure timely payment and collections

Managing inventory and purchasing of parts

Handling customer inquiries and providing assistance

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient in Word, Excel, and preferably Quickbooks experience

Experience in AP and AR is a plus

Parts department experience is a plus

Mechanically minded and able to read diagrams for parts is a plus

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to answer phones and converse with customers

Must be presentable
