This is not an accounting role. Mail room experience or bank experience is helpful

We will count on you to:

• Receive and process incoming paper checks

• Submit check print files to check printers, verify check print output, fold and stuff checks into envelopes manually or using a machine, mail checks

• Develop a detailed understanding of various lines of business for which you are printing or handling checks

• Communicate effectively with the business regarding checks processed

• Learn and adhere to proper financial and process controls

• Escalate issues/concerns to the team lead as necessary
