Blue Yonder WMS Support Consultant

Location:Remote+ Travel

Duration: Fulltime (Permanent)

Job Description:

4 - 12 years of BY WMS with experience of support and enhancements

Provide a functional support to BAU activities as well , product configuration, troubleshooting,batch monitoring etc etc.

Good knowledge of Inbound,Outbound,Warehouse setup etc

Knowledge of RF devices and label printing

Knowledge of WMS architecture, key datapoints for Inbound and Outbound Integration with WMS

Knowledge of support process ,SLAs etc

Proven experience of attending and resolving the critical issues within tight timelines

Knowledge of WFM

Strong technical design, analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & presentation)
