Job Summary

Business Aligned Platform Delivery (BAPD) is an Agile-based group focused on infrastructure project delivery to our business customers in an expedited fashion. BAPD is a fast-paced group, with all squad/tribe members expected to assist each other as needed to ensure client delivery. The Business Analyst should have a Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, and dynamic environment, excellent interpersonal and listening skills and the ability to work autonomously, be self-driven and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee and track your assigned Infrastructure Delivery projects from beginning to completion – own your project.

Facilitate & coordinate your project meeting(s)as necessary.

Send out meeting minutes.

identify Action Items / Next Steps / Projected timeline / accountability.

Engage with customer Ad for hoc support / escalation

Following up on pending tasks in a timely manner

Engage Scrum Master for any blockers/ impediments

Update of JIRA as needed to ensure deliverable tasks are up to-date

Engage in squad Scrum Ceremonies

Daily Standup, Sprint Retrospective, etc.

Engage in squad bi-weekly Backlog Refinement session.

Identify project infrastructure external dependencies.

Create, document & maintain

Tack new & repeatable processes.
