NOTE: The Hiring Manager will prefer someone who can work from Urbandale, IA office but open to fully remote as well for candidates located anywhere in USA except New York and California. The candidate needs to be a Licensed individual in all 50 states. 

This role is Contract to Hire.

Additional Details:

Licensed individuals in all 50 states (If we have to take on the expense of licensing in the 50 states- pay should be less to compensate for that)

Project is to solicit Workers comp for new client 7/11

Quoting, binding, providing COI's

Insurance Background required- commercial insurance strongly preferred

Customer Service experience with cross sales experience

Commercial Experience

Sales experience is a must (at least a year or more)

Property and Casualty License

Cold Calling - List of 7/11 business owners (Captive)

Licensed Details (Pay rate)

Less than 10 states $20 per hour as they will be severely limited to how much they can help us

10 - 20 states $25 per hour

21-40 states negotiable between $25 - $35 (more licenses they have in this group move to higher pay)

40 -50 states $40
