s seeking a Campus Executive Chef 3 for Merrimack College located in North Andover,


One of the fastest-growing educational institutions in the country, Merrimack College is a selective, private college in a beautiful, residential setting — just minutes from Boston, Massachusetts. The Campus Executive Chef will be involved in all culinary operations and the ideal candidate will be an energetic, polished Culinary Professional. Our Campus Executive Chef oversees our board operation, catering, concessions, and retail operations. Seeking candidates with a proven track record for developing, leading, and engaging culinary team


The successful candidate wil


Be responsible for purchasing oversight, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecastin


Ensure  Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemente


Have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovation


Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard complianc


Have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management system
