Key Responsibili

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and long-term g

Oversee day-to-day operations across departments including sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and productio

Work with managers to ensure are tools are in place for technicians to production goal

Maintain a presence within the community through attending community and industry event

Manage budgeting and financial planning processe

Provide leadership and direction to employee

Problem solves issues on major account

Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholder

Oversee the sales team to find new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presenc
