We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a local plastic manufacturer in Morristown, Tennessee.


Responsibilities:


Advocate safety training, accident preparedness, and compliance with the Company, OSHA, and other required standards and regulations.

Manage employee time and attendance, including gathering timesheets, adjusting hours in the IQMS Time/Attendance system, and tracking FMLA, PTO, and attendance. Notify management when warnings are to be issued to employees. Organize, track, and file all warnings and associated correspondence.

Maintain employee records, including employee headcount/manning, scanning personnel records to Corporate Human Resources, and coordinating Workers Comp-related documents.

Assist in TN recruitment efforts by screening online applicants and scheduling interviews both on the phone and in the plant.

Conduct TN new hire orientation, including covering online employment documents, reviewing the company handbook, and advising employees of all their benefits.

Answer and direct all internal and external calls for the TN facility. Ensure all calls go to the proper person or voicemail.

Maintain petty cash for the TN facility and replenish cash at the bank as required.

Maintain a high level of quality and integrity in dealing with both internal and external customers.

Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


Two to four years of Human Resources and Administrative experience.

High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Associates Degree a plus.

Bi-Lingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
