This role can sit remote, but the candidate needs to be within the driving distance (30 to 45 mins) of Cleveland area as they need to report to office on a very short notice.

Job Summary

Hardware and Software support for two physical data centers in a production application environment.

Hands-on experience supporting the following:

• On-Premises break-fix in two Greater Cleveland Locations

• Firewall management and configuration:

o Fortinet Firewalls

o Fortinet Web App Firewalls

• Hardware Server and Storage support and Management

o Dell/PowerStore SAN units

o Dell/PowerEdge Server Units

o Dell Fiber SAN Switches

• Switch management and configuration

o Cisco Switches

• VMware / VCenter Configuration and Management

o Vsphere 6.7

• Window server OS support

o Active directory for production application environment

o WSUS – OS Windows patching

o SQL Server Cluster management

o DFS

• SSL Certificate management

• Vormetric/Thales Support and management

o Data Security Manager/Transparent Encryption Agents

• GlobalScape EFT support

• Solarwinds WEBHelpDesk support

• Familiarity with Linux/bash (to support Oracle ODA’s and variance Linux appliances)

• Familiarity with Qualsys
