CLIENT NAME: a manufacturer of custom environmental test chambers

MUST HAVES:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 2+ years’ experience as a Powder Coater in a manufacturing setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare parts and assemblies for powder coating, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.

Operate powder coating equipment to apply coatings to metal surfaces of equipment.

Ensure smooth and consistent application of powder coating, maintaining thickness and color consistency.

Inspect finished products for quality, addressing any defects and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor maintenance to ensure optimal operation.

Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and productivity goals.

Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
