We are looking for an Sales Manager for

Responsibilities include up to and not limited to:


• Partner with inside sales to provide accurate quote information


• Review and approve quotes that require elevated level of input


• Oversee and monitor large customer accounts in region


• Maintain high level of active projects • Support and implement solutions for complicated customer situations


• Monitor daily ASM customer visit/call activity in CRM


• Work successfully with factory colleagues to resolve issues


• Collaborate with management team to achieve unit goals


• Responsible to work with ASM’s and management team to achieve and maintain profitable sales results and goals


• Support sales to achieve maximum market share


• Collaborate with Service and Applications Departments as required


• Maintain and provide regional sales data reports as requested by management


• Other duties as assigned


Minimum Requirements:


• Degree from an accredited university preferred


• Related field and/or machining knowledge preferred


• 5- 10 years’ related experience with successful sales and effective leadership• Recent experience in machine tool environments preferred


• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines


• Proven experience to communicate professionally with internal and external customers


• Strong written/verbal communication skills and analytical/problem solving abilities


• Proven organizational skills, with high attention to detail, and flexibility with shifting priorities


• Proficient in MS Office Suite and various sales software


• Must be able to work 40 hours a week or more


MUST HAVE:


80% travel ability


5-10 years related industry experience
