Bilingual Production Supervisor (Spanish)

Requirements:

3-5 years of supervisory experience.

Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent training or experience.

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

This position will be responsible for directing our Production Team leaders in our production processes, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Production Supervisor on the 2nd shift, you will have the following responsibilities:

Directing the activities of team leaders, providing clear instructions and guidance to ensure efficient production processes.

Coaching and counseling team members as needed, fostering their professional growth and development.

Maintaining a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Ensuring compliance with customer quality requirements, monitoring production output for consistency and accuracy.

Driving productivity improvements and promptly addressing any abnormalities in the production process.

Maintaining manufacturing and operation standards, ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulations.

Directing KAIZEN activities for team members, promoting continuous improvement and a culture of efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

3-5 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent training or experience.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of directing and motivating a team to achieve targets.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Proficient in using production management software and other relevant tools.
