Team Lead for Warehouse Management

Location : Grand Rapids, Michigan (Onsite from day 1)

Type : Fulltime

Job Description:

10+ years of experience in Supply Chain domain with a strxong knowledge and hands on experience in Blue Yonder Warehouse management.

Experience in managing AMS projects and exposure to ITSM terminology, Processes, and best practices

Ability to work in onsite-offshore model and manage team size of 10-15 FTE as Team Lead or Tower Lead

Mandatory to work from onsite customer location ( Grand Rapids, Michigan)

Previous experience in executing and monitoring Application Development projects is strongly (preferred)

Strong Client facing experience and ability to handle escalations effectively

Good Written and Oral communication skills.

Experience in automation initiatives.
