Job Description
CC&B Functional / CC&B Techno Functional
Work location: Any
Grade: P4
Experience: 10+ yrs.
Location: offshore any
Should have minimum 8 years of experience with extensive experience on Oracle Utilities CC&B (2.1,2.5 and above version ) as technofunctional consultant
Experience in Modules like BILLING , Credit & Collection , Rate`s Configuration , IWS Integrations and Interval Pricing are Required .
Experience on OUAF Framework, CC&B Configuration tool, Java development, Crystal report, Scripting CC&B using Plug Inn , BPA script, zones, UI MAP, portals is mandatory
Experience in the field of requirements gathering, business process re-engineering/redesign, Function Design Analysis and Architectural Solution in Energy Utilities,
Oracle Customer Care & Billing, application development and maintenance which also include integration with 3rd party service with CC&B through E-Service
Involved on all the aspects of the production support such as understanding the technical & functional specifications, Debugging, and fixing the issues, Functional Testing and Unit testing, RCA
Oracle Certification on CC&B is plus
