Job Description
HCM technical
Work location: Pan India
Experience: 3+yrs
Notice: Max 30 days
Should have minimum 3 years of experience as Oracle EBS HCM Technical Consultant
Experience on OAF personalization, development and enhancement of Webservice is must
Must have experience on RACI development on Core HR, SSHR, OTL, OLM, Payroll modules
Should have following experience
• Ability to create standard reports, XML reports with Excel output and all other type of reports
• Ability to create custom workflows and notifications or amend existing Oracle workflow in all Oracle EBS HCM module
• Ability to integrate Oracle EBS with external systems using web-services (ISG/ SOAP/REST web-services Using J-Developer as we don’t have SOA Gateway here ), and direct DBA links
• Ability to create custom forms or amend existing forms
