Job Description
HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: PAN India
Experience: 3+
Oracle Application EBS R12, SQL, PL/SQL, OAF, XML/BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Alerts.
Functional HRMS skills.
Adaptable and resourceful, capable of working under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines.
Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with all business, functional and technical resources.
Documentation skills including understanding of AIM/OUM methodologies.
Work effectively in a team environment spanning multiple locations.
Open to travel for short & long-term within & outside India.
Open to working in shifts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or an equivalent.
Oracle HRMS implementation certification.
Oracle Technical certification like Database PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional etc.
