Role: Java Technical Architect
Experience: 14+ Years
Location: Hyderabad only
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Must have skills: Java, AWS & Banking domain/Payment Domain/Cards
Roles & Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of Java software development projects.
- Lead a team of Java developers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities based on individual strengths and project requirements.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, quality assurance engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure project deliverables are met within the specified timelines and budget.
- Your role will involve coordinating resources, managing risks, and maintaining effective communication to achieve project goal
