Job Description:
Role: Java Technical Architect
Location: Hyderabad (WFO)
Experience: 13+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Must have skills: Java, Spring boot, AWS
Domain Expertise: Tolling OR Mobility OR Payment
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define, craft and own end-to-end technical architecture of the product suite from definition phase to roll-out and implementation.
- Define Logical, Technical & Physical views of Architecture.
- Define reusable components/ frameworks, common schemas, and standards to be used and help bootstrap the engineering team.
- Ensure clarity on NFRs and address the requirements during the solution definition phase.
- Execute performance engineering and capacity planning exercises.
- Identify critical technical risks and mitigation plans.
- Review effort estimation and implementation planning.
- Train, Mentor & guide Tech Leads & Software Engineers.
- Handle interviews to attract external talent for the technical architect/tech lead role.
- Nurture & groom in-house technical leadership.
