Job Description
Should have minimum 8 years of experience as Oracle EBS HCM functional consultant
Should have minimum 3 implementation experience in EBS R12 - Core HR, Self Service, Payroll, OTL, OLM, Payroll and PMS and atleast one Support project experience
HR domain knowledge is plus
Knowledge on Business Processes with good exposure to AIM/OUM Methodology of Execution.
Should have experience to guide technical team and get all deliverables on time.
Experience on PL/SQL, RACI development is plus
Must have customer facing and work from client location experience
Good in communication, stakeholder management
