Job Description
Oracle HCM Techno functional consultant
- In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business process and their data flow.
- The candidate is expected to have a sound domain knowledge in Oracle HCM covering the hire to retire cycle.
- Expected to have good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in HCM Applications with at least 3 end to end implementation experience on Oracle HCM cloud.
- The candidate must have excellent configuration expertise on the below modules/tools/scripts:
- Core HR - Configuration of Organizational Structures
- Absence Configuration & Fast Formulas, Rules
- OTL configuration, rules configuration, and OT calculation, fast formulas
- Payroll elements configuration - payments & deductions, Adhoc Payments, Payroll, Bank Accounts
- Compensation elements configuration including allowance, bonus, etc.
- Oracle Journeys, Employee Self-service functionalities
- Page personalization, Defining UX rules, Workflow, UI changes and custom alerts
