Job Description
Oracle HCM Techno Functional - HTCSG2-11-1498
1. In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business process and their data flow.
2. The candidate is expected to have a sound domain knowledge in Oracle HCM covering the hire to retire cycle.
3. Expected to have good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written
4. 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in HCM Applications with at least 3 end to end implementation experience on Oracle HCM cloud.
5. The candidate must have expert knowledge in below functional modules and technical areas along with Core HR module
• Absence Management
• Time and Labor
• Interfaces & Reports development
• Data conversion from PeopleSoft
5. Should have completed at least 3 projects in the modules mentioned above and should be an independent contributed when needed
6. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
7. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management.
8. Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills, mentorship, Work Allocation, monitoring and status updates to Project Manager
9. Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables
10. In-depth understanding of Data Model and Business process functionality and its data flow in Oracle HCM Cloud application and PeopleSoft (HCM).
11. Expert knowledge & working experience in HCM Cloud Conversions, integrations, Reporting .
12. Strong working experience in Fusion technologies like Localizations, HDL, HCM Extracts, Payroll Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher/OTBI Reports, Approval Workflow, Journeys, API, and Atom Feed
13. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing with the team and client management.
14. Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex Technical issues/problems. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables
15. Good technical leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills, mentorship, and status updates to Project leads/managers
16. Working expertise on OIC & PaaS is added advantage
17. Having expertise in PeopleSoft is added advantage
18. Willing to work in shifts , if required in future .
