Job Description:

Role: Principal Engineer

Experience: 12 - 16 Years

Location: Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Must have skills: Java, Spring boot, Microservices, REST API, SQL/NoSQL, best coding practices (like DRY, KISS, YAGNI, etc.), Message queue, DDD/Event driven design, Kafka, ETL, streaming pipeline
  • Design patterns, design principles
  • Lead the technical direction and architecture of Java-based applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to software engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and design patterns across the development teams.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, offering constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.
  • Architect and design complex systems, making informed decisions about technology selection, integration, and implementation.
  • Solve challenging technical problems related to Java development, performance optimization, and system integration.
