Job Description
Role: QA Lead
Work location: Hyderabad
Experience: 10+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Skill set: Automation Testing (Selenium), Payment Domain, QA Lead
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality of software products. This includes defining test objectives, test coverage, test cases, and test data.
- QA Lead should have several years of experience in software quality assurance, including hands-on testing experience and progressively increasing responsibilities in a QA role.
- Lead and supervise a team of QA testers, providing guidance, support, and mentoring.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure efficient coordination among team members.
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
- Ensure all testing activities are properly documented and accessible to the relevant stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience in various types of testing, such as functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Familiarity with test automation frameworks is a plus.
