Experience: 12+ Years
Location: Hyderabad only
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Roles & Responsibilities:
- We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager with a strong background in payments processing to lead and manage our QA team.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payment systems, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts and engineers.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the QA team.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of various payment methods, including credit card processing, digital wallets, ACH, and international payment systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging payment technologies.
- Proven experience as a QA Manager, preferably with a focus on payments or fintech.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing systems, standards, and regulations.
